The possible fields are Location code, Sublocation code, Shelfmark prefix, Shelfmark classification, Shelfmark cutter/item, Shelving control number, Shelfmark suffix and Copy number.
Material type – material type to be assigned to this item.
Statistical category – statistical category to be assigned to this item.
Location code – Location of the item.
Sublocation code – optional field
Shelfmark classification – shelfmark.

You must enter a value into either the Sublocation code or the Shelfmark classification fields.
